THE INTEGRATION CONTINUES…

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting us to hold space for you. It truly means the world to us, and we believe that this work is changing the world. I hope you have made some space and time to be with yourself and your learnings.

The sound meditation is now in the past, and the real work begins now. As you integrate back in your modern life, remember to slow down.

integration means the process of becoming whole again. The Latin root of integration, integro, means “I make whole, I renew, I begin again. “

Keep journaling, meditating, & absorbing it all. Find a quiet place to enjoy stillness a few minutes a day, just a couple of deep breaths to connect to Self, Love, and the learnings from your ceremony. Allow it  to not make sense. Allow it to unfold. Trust that you are held. Trust that you are being cared for by unseen forces.

Do your best to respond instead of going into the unconscious reaction. Notice when you go unconscious - reaching for your phone, a drink, being harsh with yourself when you could be kind. If you notice yourself going unconscious, let go of any blame or shame. Just the mere act of noticing yourself go unconscious is a huge victory. String those moments together and what you're left with is a man/woman living a conscious & examined life. That is all we can strive for. 

Every moment you can begin again. Every moment you can CHOOSE to begin again.

Here are some additional ways to continue the processing and integration:

  • Eat as cleanly as you can and hydrate a tonnnn as you settle back into life

  • Journal about your experience (stream of consciousness is best) as much you can (every morning before you reach for your phone is best)

  • Don't struggle to make sense of it all, try to surrender and allow it to unfold

  • Get plenty of sleep - the dream state is a great place where insights synthesize

  • Meditate - 20 minutes in the morning and/or 20 minutes in the evening. Finding stillness is one of the most important things you can do. 

  • Minimize phone time. That thing is terrible for your brain and your nervous system!

  • Yoga and exercise

  • Identify and commit to making small changes in your life that will support how you want to be in the world moving forward.
